By using RandomTools365 you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
The service
The tools are provided free of charge, as they are, without any warranty. There is no uptime guarantee, no support commitment, and no promise that any particular tool will continue to exist. We may add, change or remove tools at any time.
Randomness and results
Results are generated in your browser using the Web Crypto API where available. We make no guarantee that any result is suitable for a particular purpose, and we do not certify the randomness for regulated use such as licensed lotteries, gambling or clinical trials.
Results are not stored on our servers, so we cannot reproduce, verify or recover a past draw. If you need a record, export or print it at the time.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the content you enter, including having the right to use any personal data it contains. You are responsible for complying with the law and with any applicable platform rules — this includes prize-draw and sweepstakes regulations, and any privacy rules that apply to student or employee data in your jurisdiction or organisation.
You may not use this site for gambling or any activity where money or anything of value is staked on a result, nor for anything unlawful, nor to harass, defraud, single out or discriminate against any person or group.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, to access it through automated bulk requests, or to present it as your own service. You may link to any page freely.
Intellectual property
The site design, text and source code are ours. Content you enter remains entirely yours — we never receive it, so we claim no rights over it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site, including any decision made on the basis of a result it produced. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, in which case the minimum permitted exclusion applies.
